The Radiology department provides a complete range of sedated and nonsedated diagnostic imaging procedures for major and minor pediatric surgery, disease, or injury. Twenty‑four hour consultation services as well as education and outreach programs are available.
Position SummaryThe Multi‑specialty Technologist provides imaging services to patients and physicians to assist in diagnosis and/or treatment of a variety of conditions. This includes performing diagnostic and technical procedures, including but not limited to percutaneous diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures under the direct supervision of a Licensed Practitioner. The technologist exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
They provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedures in both radiology and IR. A Multi‑specialty Imaging Technologist is regularly scheduled to work in two of the following modalities:
Radiology, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular Imaging. This position will support our teams in X‑Ray and CT. Our team is very willing to train across modalities as well. Please apply to learn more!

- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
- Current Basic Life Support CPR Certification (BLS) required
- Associate’s Degree in Radiology or the equivalent required
- 1‑2 years Radiology experience required
- 1‑3 years modality‑specific experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Using time efficiently and productively; prioritizing multiple tasks properly to meet deadlines; recognizing time constraints and adjusting work schedule to address them.

- Demonstrate working knowledge of computer technology and imaging systems, including basic computer applications.

- Analytical ability sufficient to evaluate data, make judgments and recommendations.
- Possess knowledge of specific radiology modality procedures and their application to the pediatric population, continuing throughout the stages of life; possess knowledge of ultrasound procedures and their application to the pediatric population.
