Non-Invasive Implementation Consultant

Job Description

• Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis; design Future State Workflow (including system workflow and department process workflow)
• Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with best practice methodologies
• Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training; develop training plans and documentation accordingly
• Coordinate and provide Superuser application training; ensure that all Super Users can train customer end-users and understand any unique customer site requirements
• Provide application training and support to other staff as required; identify, document, and follow-up on product feature enhancements and issues during project implementation
• Develop training plans

• Must be at least one of the following:
  Registered Sonographer:
  Echo and/or Vascular (RDCS/RCS/RVT/RVS)
• 4+ years of recent experience in one or both 2 disciplines (Echo and/or Vascular sonography) in a hospital or clinic setting
• Intermediate or higher level of proficiency using PowerPoint (specifically creating and presenting for the purposes of training)
• Solid understanding of clinical environments and healthcare operations
• Must be willing/able to travel approximately as business needs dictate, up to 75% (travel includes customer sites throughout North America and possibly Canada with overnight hotel stays)
• Demonstrates confidence in the ability to articulate recommendations to the customer
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
• Strong documentation and organizational skills Previous implementation consultant experience
