Job Description
- Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis; design Future State Workflow (including system workflow and department process workflow)
- Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with best practice methodologies
- Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training; develop training plans and documentation accordingly
- Coordinate and provide Superuser application training; ensure that all Super Users can train customer end-users and understand any unique customer site requirements
- Provide application training and support to other staff as required; identify, document, and follow-up on product feature enhancements and issues during project implementation
- Develop training plans

- Must be at least one of the following:
Registered Sonographer:
Echo and/or Vascular (RDCS/RCS/RVT/RVS) - 4+ years of recent experience in one or both 2 disciplines (Echo and/or Vascular sonography) in a hospital or clinic setting
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency using PowerPoint (specifically creating and presenting for the purposes of training)
- Solid understanding of clinical environments and healthcare operations
- Must be willing/able to travel approximately as business needs dictate, up to 75% (travel includes customer sites throughout North America and possibly Canada with overnight hotel stays)
- Demonstrates confidence in the ability to articulate recommendations to the customer
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
- Strong documentation and organizational skills Previous implementation consultant experience
