Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; and pick up outside garbage;
Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and eliminate trip hazards;
Adhere to the community's safety program including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment;
Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors;
Assist with creation and execution for the calendar and personal schedules for the assigned neighborhood
