About the RoleWe’re seeking a
charismatic, outgoing, and guest-focused hospitality professional to join our growing TEAM!
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. Your genuine smile, positive energy, attentive service, and passion for hospitality will help set the tone for an exceptional stay.
Schedule: Full-Time | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | 5 shifts per week
Pay:$19.00 per hour
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage reservations, guest information, room assignments, and keys.
- Answer guest questions and respond to requests with professionalism.
- Resolve guest concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Communicate effectively with hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but
we’re willing to train the right customer-service professional
. - Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills;
Spanish or additional languages are highly preferred. - Comfortable with technology and software; experience with Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A TEAM-first mindset and desire to grow in hospitality.
