Human Resources Business Partner
Culligan of Minnetonka is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team! If you’re a strategic, people-focused HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact, this role offers the opportunity to support a growing dealership within the Packard Culligan Water family.

Employee Relations & Performance Management- Partner with leaders on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, performance issues, and corrective actions.
- Guide managers through goal setting, performance reviews, development planning, and performance improvement processes.
- Lead employee relations investigations and support disciplinary actions and separations.
- Identify trends and risks in employee relations and performance; recommend proactive solutions and provide coaching or training.
- Lead HR compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage compliance programs, audits, reporting requirements, and workforce documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and employment-related best practices.
- Oversee workplace injury, return-to-work, and accommodation processes.
- Lead the interactive accommodation process and ensure compliance with leave, disability, and employment laws.
- Partner with legal counsel and leadership to assess and mitigate employment-related risks.
- Use workforce analytics to identify trends, assess organizational health, and support business objectives.
- Review and interpret HR metrics with leaders to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support leaders in implementing HR programs, policies, and practices across the dealership.
- Provide guidance on organizational policies, workplace practices, and employee matters.
- Collaborate with HR partners on performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational change.
- Assist leaders in evaluating workforce needs and implementing people strategies that enhance employee experience.
- Support recruiting efforts during high-volume hiring periods.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Office-based role with regular interaction with employees and candidates.
- Occasional travel, including overnight stays.
- Prolonged sitting and computer use; occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with strong employee relations and compliance expertise.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR reporting.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ethical conduct, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $103,000 USD
