Executive Recruiter- Human Resources

Sky Water Search Partners is looking to add an experienced Executive Recruiter to our HR team.

Our Executive Recruiters run a full desk, owning both business development and candidate recruiting. That means building relationships with new clients, creating search opportunities, recruiting top talent, and developing a strong network within your market.

You’ll have Sky Water’s established brand, reputation, resources, and relationships behind you, but this isn’t a role where you’re simply handed a list of clients and open jobs. We’re looking for someone who is excited to develop new business, create opportunities, and take ownership of growing their desk.

• Run a full desk, with your time split roughly 50/50 between business development and candidate recruiting
• Prospect and build relationships with new clients, turning conversations into search opportunities
• Grow existing relationships while continuously developing new ones
• Identify opportunities within your market and proactively pursue new business
• Recruit, assess, and place top talent within your practice area
• Own the search process from initial client conversation through candidate placement
• Act as a true talent partner to clients, consulting on hiring strategy, compensation, talent availability, and market trends
• Build a strong personal network and reputation within your specialty
• Collaborate with recruiters across Sky Water and identify opportunities to refer business between practice areas

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Open on recruiting background: corporate/in‑house, half‑desk agency, or full‑desk agency experience are all welcome
• Previous experience recruiting within your assigned practice area is a plus, but not required. We care more about how you operate, build relationships, and drive results than which industry you’ve recruited for before
• Comfortable with the business development side of recruiting and motivated by creating new relationships and opportunities
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven
• A strong relationship builder who enjoys connecting with both candidates and clients
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your business
• Motivated by a performance‑based environment where your results directly impact your earning potential

Salary: $65,000
