Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll leverage your expertise to transform data into actionable insights. This role offers flexibility with the option to work in Minneapolis, MN, or telecommute.
Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Define data mappings and write transformation rules for technology consumption.
- Translate business requirements into actionable features using Aha.
- Prioritize and refine features for the technology team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Test and validate the output of development to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to closing care gaps by reading and interpreting clinical charts.
- Proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and business analysis with a minimum of 5 years.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in data warehousing and data mapping.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with Quality and CMS Measure Expertise.
- Background in clinical environments and software/data development.

The pay range for this role is $16 - $40 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
