** The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
** This Director will lead the development and sustainment activities for innovative, compliant IT digital architectures with a primary focus on Supply Chain  Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning processes within the Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) and SIOP domain. This role will shape IT solutions that span enterprise-level applications and business-specific capabilities across RTX’s three business units—Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace—and corporate functions with a primary focus on Kinaxis Maestro.

As a recognized technical leader, the candidate will help define and drive implementation and sustainment support for the vision for enterprise architecture, establish technology standards, and deliver actionable strategies to support RTX’s business goals and synergy targets. This individual will be responsible for aligning and coordinating multiple Kinaxis related projects across the three Business Units with business objectives, integrating emerging technologies, and guiding solutions architecture teams across the organization to deliver value-driven outcomes, with a focus on driving harmonization across the Enterprise Kinaxis solutions.

The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as the candidate will collaborate closely with senior functional leaders, internal partners, and external vendors. A deep understanding of RTX's structure, business units, functional organizations, and global business services is highly desirable.

This position will need to partner with the broader Enterprise Services team and Business Unit Digital and Process teams to ensure process focused functional requirements will be met with efficient, standardized and harmonized digital solutions.

This role should be focused on driving end user adoption of the associated implementation, sustainment and enhancement projects.
