The Functional Solution Consultant (FSA) will function as a subject‑matter expert for application design, feature optimization, enhancements, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, integrations and data integrity for global ERP implementation. In this role, the individual will leverage deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across multiple areas like Finance, Warehousing, Production, Sales & Service and Logistics/Transportation and help implement, maintain and enhance current AX implementation.

The solution architect will be able to see the holistic picture of ongoing AX implementation in current state and offer directions to meet future business requirements.

• Lead the Supply Chain functional track of an implementation.
• Provide expert level product knowledge of D365F&O SCM.
• Collaborate with the client SMEs, as well as other Sonata consultants to ensure all client requirements are met.
• Product training and knowledge transfer.
• Software configuration, testing, and validation.
• Documentation of requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, functional software designs.
• Work with offshore consultants and offshore project manager to deliver services.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all SCM modules in D365F&O including Inventory, Product Information Mgt, Sales
• Order, Procurement, Warehouse Mgt, Transportation Mgt,
• Knowledge of Production, Master Planning, Demand Planning, a plus
• Ability to identify issues and obstacles and resolve them within the scope of the project or scale them in a proper & timely manner.
• Gather & document client business requirements in a thorough and complete manner including business processes and individual functions.
• Ability to perform a fit/Gap analysis on the requirements, identifying gaps in standard functionality as well as best
• Configure SCM modules to fit the client’s specific requirements.
• Create Functional Design Documents for software modifications to address approved gaps in functionality using
