• Compensation: $87,000 - $136,000 annually

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for complex Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Drive all aspects of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, UI, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the delivery process
• Provide leadership and guidance to automation specialists, reducing manual testing and catching issues early
• Manage defect tracking and resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Mentor and guide a team of 10–20 QA professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements while tracking progress through dashboards and QA tools
• Introduce and leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, especially within Salesforce environments
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum development practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and guide teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and QA in highly regulated industries such as health care or insurance
• Experience with performance and security testing tools
• ISTQB or similar QA certification
