Our AmLaw 100 client is adding associates to its busy Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity teams in Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York City. Expect direct client contact, high‑visibility transactions, and a platform that rewards initiative.

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and similar transactions
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents and manage transactions end to end
• Handle general corporate matters for portfolio companies and strategic clients

• Law school class years 2018–2021
• Significant hands‑on M&A experience and fluency with corporate law and market terms
• Proven drafting skills, effective deal management, and comfort running work streams with autonomy
• Driven, business‑development mindset with the judgment to own client‑facing responsibilities
