At Havenwood of Minnetonka you will be responsible and accountable for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance. You will be part of the Maintenance team that ensures the physical condition of all buildings on campus.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr.

Schedule:

part-time opportunity, flexible schedule – no weekends required.

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including electrical malfunctions, plumbing fixture repair and replacement, light bulb and fixture replacement, door and lock repair.
• Assist in providing initial response for malfunction of residential HVAC equipment and perform resets and simple repairs as necessary.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
• Assist other Maintenance personnel, when necessary, in the completion of various projects or repairs, including campus snow removal.
• Maintain proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.

• Prefer knowledge of residential building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, HVAC, and appliances.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
• Must function under general supervision.
• Must possess the ability to effectively work with residents and staff.
