** Leading global strategic transformation across cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams to drive organizational alignment, adoption, and sustained business impact.
* Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing priorities, shaping decisions, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate execution.
* Conducting comprehensive assessments to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring clear and consistent stakeholder alignment.
* Designing and executing global adoption and enablement strategies that build readiness, accelerate uptake, and drive seamless integration of new processes and operating models.
* Establishing governance structures and value‑realization mechanisms that track adoption, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of transformation outcomes.
** Your Skills and Expertise
*** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
** Bachelor's Degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university from an accredited institution
* Prosci Change Management certification required.
* 5 Years of Project Management and Change Management experience.
* 5 years of Transformation & Adoption experience.
* Broad business knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects.
* Supply Chain functional knowledge.
** In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
*** Experience leading global-scale change initiatives.
* Experience facilitating executive-level alignment and communication.
* Experience designing and executing adoption and enablement strategies.
* Experience developing change and capability‑building frameworks.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further;
* MBA preferred.
* Extensive portfolio & program leadership experience across global or enterprise-level initiatives.
