IT Project Manager, Business Management
Logisolve is seeking a mid-level project manager with data experience for a healthcare transformation position with our direct healthcare client. This role is responsible for driving major cross-departmental transformation initiatives that support strategic planning, regulatory alignment, new product development and operational improvement.
Duration: 6 months-contract to hire
Hybrid: 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday)
Compensation: $55.00-$65.00/hr w2-conversion salary $100, 000-$115.000

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery including timeline execution, budget adherence and quality of outcomes. Projects may involve evaluating or implementing enterprise services, systems or capabilities that enhance business processes, innovation and long-term organizational value.
Project Management Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, resource needs and expected business outcomes
- Assess and manage resource requirements within budget, collaborating with program leadership on hiring needs
- Coordinate with product management and business leaders across multiple Agile Release Trains to ensure alignment across divisions
- Report on project MVP progress to key stakeholders including steering committees and portfolio leaders
- Develop and maintain the critical path, business milestones and project timeline in partnership with business, technology and product management teams
- Ensure synchronization of project activities across all work streams including business readiness, communications, process design and technology delivery
- Provide transparency into risks, issues and dependencies while facilitating swift resolution
- Hold teams accountable for deliverables and act as an escalation point to remove obstacles and support decision making
- Support program and project representatives in managing expectations for deliverables
- Oversee financial management for assigned projects and ensure proper expenditure alignment
- Partner with program managers, finance and cross-functional stakeholders to support business case development
- Collaborate effective with internal teams and external vendors
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across a wide variety of operational areas
- Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and updates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing cross-departmental programs
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic or transformation initiatives
- Experience with end-to-end program management including Agile delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of business owners, technology leaders, change managers, operational readiness teams and training staff, with group sizes ranging from 10 to over 50 participants
- Strong executive communication skills, including creation of executive-level reporting and presentations
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within a payer environment
