Mers worldwide to support and guide the Consumer Business Group (CBG) through commercial growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives.

Transition from other private, public, government, or military experience to a 3M career. This role provides an opportunity to leverage commercial finance expertise and impact a global business.

• Lead commercial growth strategies and revenue growth management for the CBG.
• Deliver value to the P&L by developing business models for existing and new products, optimizing pricing, driving margin-enhancing strategies, and improving ROI on investment spending.
• Serve as a critical partner to CBG leadership (President, CFO, Sales Leaders) in building, refining, and executing commercial plans that maximize growth and profitability.
• Dive deep into data while leveraging tools and capabilities to deliver business insights.
• Develop financial forecasts, ROI analyses, KPI management, and annual planning for the CBG.
• Lead a team and partner cross‑functionally to deliver results.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, or economics (completed and verified prior to start).
• Ten (10) years of financial, business administration, or pricing analytics experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

• Five (5) years of retail or consumer packaged goods industry experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Direct finance leadership experience in a retail or packaged goods environment.
• Experience driving revenue growth management levers to optimize business outcomes and improve spend ROIs.
• Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated retail data sources such as Nielsen or IRI.

On-site at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, with a minimum of four days per week onsite.

May include up to 10% domestic travel.

Expected range: $228,040 – $278,715 (including base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible). Specific compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location.
