Sr Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects within a collaborative environment, making a significant impact on our operations.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring milestones are met and communicated effectively.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to track progress, address issues, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report project status and updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Facilitate meetings to drive accountability and ensure alignment among team members.
• Utilize agile methodologies to enhance project management processes and improve team efficiency.

• Minimum of 10 years of project or program management experience in technology-focused environments.
• Proficiency in managing complex project plans and milestones.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or with government programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with HEDIS quality metrics and reporting.
• Prior leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

The pay range for this role is $17 - $42 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
