Compensation & Benefits
  • $73,000–$75,000 annual salary.

What You'll Do

As Director,you'lloversee the daily operations, educational excellence, financial performance, and overall success of the school.

You'llpartner with an experienced administrative team while serving as the face of the school for families, staff, and the community.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 teachers and administrative staff.

  • Foster a positive, engaging culture focused on teacher retention, professional growth, and excellence.

  • Drive enrollment growth by converting prospective family inquiries into enrollments through exceptional tours and relationship-building.

  • Build lasting relationships with current and prospective families while delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.

  • Maintain high-quality educational programming and classroom excellence.

  • Monitor labor, controllable expenses, and operational performance to achieve financial goals.

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Education Coach to ensure smooth daily operations, staff development, and educational quality.

  • Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve school goals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, business-minded leader who understands that exceptional schools require both educational excellence and strong operational leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or qualifying education coursework as permitted by state licensing requirements).

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center.

  • Experience managing teams of 20 or more employees.

  • Experience leading a school or center serving approximately 120 or more enrolled children.

  • Previous classroom teaching experience strongly preferred.
