Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic II – 2nd Shift
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Work Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345
Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and equipment modifications.
• Document all maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and multimeters.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Follow written and verbal procedures accurately.
• Diagnose PLC issues and implement corrective actions.
• Tear down, inspect, and rebuild production equipment.
• Requisition spare parts, inventory items, and emergency repair materials.
• Support 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications as needed.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance.

• Experience in medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical systems knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering teams.
• PLC maintenance and system controls knowledge preferred.
