Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Are you a skilled Tool Maker looking for a steady second-shift role where you can take ownership of hands-on, precision-focused work? What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a talented Toolroom team responsible for:
- Building, modifying, and maintaining high-precision tools, dies, jigs, gauges, and fixtures
- Programming and running CNC Mills using CAD/CAM software
- Setting up and operating Wire EDM machinery
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure tool reliability and performance
- Mentoring developing shop personnel in equipment use and shop practices
- Keeping the toolroom organized and contributing to our clean, safety-first work culture
- Supporting company-wide initiatives to improve tooling processes and quality
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- A technical college certificate in Machine/Tool Processes or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a Tool Maker role
- Familiarity with Tool Room machine operations
- Experience with CNC Mill setup; CAD/CAM and conversational programming is a plus
- Wire EDM setup and operation experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
This role involves regular lifting (up to 25 lbs weekly, occasionally up to 50 lbs), and standing, walking, bending, and reaching during an 8–10 hour shift.
