Hiring for Inventory Coordinator I – Clean Room (Medical Device Manufacturing) Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM Job Summary

The Inventory Coordinator I supports medical device production by accurately managing inventory and delivering materials to manufacturing lines in a regulated clean room environment.

• Kit medical device production orders in a clean room by accurately counting and documenting components
• Perform material movements and Goods Receipts in SAP ERP
• Assign and issue materials directly to production orders
• Transfer materials between clean room and warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow controlled procedures
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as needed
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Work overtime as required based on business needs
• Follow GMP, safety, and company work instructions at all times

• Experience working in a clean room environment (medical device preferred)
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience (kitting, material transfers, goods receipts)
• Experience supporting production orders (not warehouse picking only)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and understand process documents

• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Windchill or other ERP system experience
