Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Technician to support GMP manufacturing and packaging operations at a pharmaceutical production facility in Minnetonka, MN. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in regulated environments who thrive in hands‑on, fast‑paced settings.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of production processes while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure product quality and accurate documentation in compliance with manufacturing and quality standards
  • Receive, handle, and distribute materials within the production environment
  • Operate both manual and automated equipment for assembly, packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products
  • Maintain continuous material flow across automated production stations
  • Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting or fault resets
  • Accurately complete production records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP guidelines
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
  • Complete all required training within established timelines
  • Support team operations and take on additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing environment
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of documentation accuracy and data traceability
  • Familiarity with SOPs and regulated manufacturing processes
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft 365 or similar tools)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive manual tasks
  • Cleanroom or controlled production setting requiring specialized gowning
  • Fast‑paced, compliance‑driven manufacturing environment
  • Physically active role involving standing, walking, and manual assembly tasks
