Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability;
Issue, release, track, and close manufacturing work orders in Sage X3, ensuring accurate bills of material, routings, and material usage;
Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production flow;
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy;
Execute purchasing activities including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and delivery tracking within Sage X3
