Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$25.00/hr

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM

Position Type: Temp to Hire

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience is highly preferred.
• 2 years work experience in a warehouse/shipping environment.

• Ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds.

• Loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations.
• Pick orders from stock or from staging area and prepare product for shipping to customers which include packing in boxes, on pallets, and shrink wrapping when necessary.
• Ensure customer order and product match; double check and ensure all orders are correct with product and quantity before shipping.
• Load trucks with outgoing products and unload trucks with incoming materials.
• Verify the quantity and quality of material received.
• Place incoming materials into storage.
• Affix completed address label and any other special labels required for the handling of material and specified by the carrier.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
• Process recycled products.
• Other duties as assigned.

• May be eligible for 5 paid holidays.
• May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year.
