Job duties:
Assisted in coordinating production activities in assigned work areas to ensure products were processed according to build schedules.
" Communicated work instructions to personnel in designated areas in alignment with supervisory objectives.
" Ensured quality and production goals were achieved.
" Performed process and quality audits of personnel, tooling, and equipment.
" Reported equipment failures to supervisors or appropriate contacts.
" Tracked work-in-process inventory status and daily production output.
" Provided training and retraining support to operators as needed.
" Communicated defect findings and supported corrective actions.
" Assisted in expediting priority products and tasks.
" Inspected and determined disposition of rejected components according to required documentation.
" Performed manufacturing operations as needed to support production schedules.
" Maintained knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, company products, and objectives.
" Coordinated purchase requests for equipment and services.
" Identified, resolved, and helped prevent recurring production issues.
" Conducted daily meetings with manufacturing operators to support communication and continuous improvement.
" Ensured preventive maintenance and calibration records were current.
" Performed 5S audits and participated in weekly value stream group meetings.
" Conducted BBSP observations and assisted employees with training and Employee Self-Service needs.
" Supported Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other company initiatives.
" Complied with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
" Maintained positive communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
" Performed other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
