Work Mode: Onsite
Interview Event: CRM Blitz – Monday, June 29 | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM Responsibilities:
- Assemble, repair, and test medical device components and assemblies.
- Perform manufacturing operations for pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical devices.
- Follow written work instructions and standardized operating procedures.
- Complete routine production assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.
- Ensure product traceability and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing leadership and team members.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Monitor quality metrics and contribute to operational excellence.
- Follow all Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic systems.
- Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
- Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
