Operator/Assembler

Responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and related components in a manufacturing environment. Follow standardized procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality product output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, repair, and test medical devices.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain product traceability and quality records.
• Adhere to all workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to handle small components with precision.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Dress Code Requirements:

Clean, non-shedding clothing; closed-toe shoes; no jewelry, makeup, nail polish, scented products, or loose-fitting garments. All attire must comply with cleanroom/manufacturing standards and safety requirements.
