Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer applies strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing operations to lead and execute complex engineering tasks. This role requires proactive problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The position supports manufacturing operations through process optimization, equipment performance improvement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with significant floor presence and frequent interaction with operators and cross‑functional teams.
