Inventory Coordinator I (2nd Shift)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour on W-2

Shift: 3.30 pm to 2.00 am (Monday to Thursday)

Work Environment

• Approximately 65%–75% of the work is performed in a clean room environment.
• Remaining duties are completed in the warehouse, including material transfers.
• Required clean room PPE includes gown, hairnet, beard net (if applicable), shoe covers, gloves, and safety glasses.
• Safety shoes are required when operating warehouse equipment.
• All necessary PPE is provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Kit medical device production orders by accurately counting and documenting components.
• Perform inventory transactions and material movements in SAP ERP.
• Process Goods Receipts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Handle chemicals safely when required, with proper training and PPE provided.
• Support overtime requirements based on business needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred.
• SAP ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in both clean room and warehouse environments.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.
