Job Description

The team is seeking a dependable professional to carry out daily tasks involving the compliant manufacturing, assembly, and final packaging of therapeutic products. This position centers on hands‑on production activities, final item inspections, and meticulous record‑keeping under strict regulatory oversight.

Schedule
  • 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (Monday – Thursday). Occasional Friday overtime.
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $24.00/hr
  • Late Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | $25.68/hr
  • Location: Onsite production facility in Minnetonka, MN.
Responsibilities
  • Line Operation: Work with both manual systems and automated machinery to maintain continuous component loading and unloading across multiple assembly stations.
  • Technical Maintenance: Interface with automated systems to inputs/outputs metrics, log run information, and handle basic system fault resets to maximize uptime.
  • Material Logistics: Safely receive, allocate, and transition supplies and production components throughout the manufacturing floor.
  • Process Adherence: Carefully follow technical Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to hit daily volume goals while completing all compliance training modules on schedule.
Required Skills
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent credentials (a comparable mix of background and education will be taken into account).
  • Professional

    Experience:

    At least 1 year of hands‑on experience inside a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device production setting.
  • Environment Comfort: Able to work productively within a controlled cleanroom setting, which includes wearing specialized protective gowning.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), with a sharp focus on data traceability.
  • Technical & Physical Capabilities:
    • Competence with baseline computer systems and standard workplace applications (such as Microsoft 365).
    • Exceptional attention to detail alongside strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Ability to sustain continuous physical tasks, including walking, standing for long stretches, fine manual dexterity, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
