Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to production lines in a timely manner. Duties include kitting of medical device production orders in a clean room environment through accurately counting and documenting components to a work order; performing material movements both physically and systematically in SAP ERP system; performing goods receipts in SAP ERP system;

demonstrating teamwork on a cross-functional team to meet goals; maintaining a neat and safe work environment; communicating verbally and in writing; working independently and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; working in a warehouse using pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery; working overtime as required for business needs; reading, understanding, and following company processes and work instructions; handling chemicals with proper training and PPE provided;

maintaining positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors; and performing other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
