Manufacturing Technician; 2nd Shift

Duration: 7-Month Contract with strong potential for full-time conversion

We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Technician to support a new product launch in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, support production equipment, drive process improvements, and help ensure product quality.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process-related issues
• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and coach production personnel on manufacturing processes
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for yield improvement
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity

• 0–5 years of manufacturing or engineering technician experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Coachable, reliable, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Experience with lean manufacturing, troubleshooting, or medical device manufacturing is a plus
• Recent graduates and candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
