1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Minnetonka, MN. This position plays a key role in assembling high-quality products that meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to producing quality products in a safe and efficient environment.

Assemble products according to work orders, assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and established procedures. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, bills of materials, and written work instructions. Position, align, and secure components using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Perform assembly operations including:
Crimping Press fitting Screwing and bolting Wire routing and termination Potting and encapsulation Epoxy bonding and curing Cutting, sanding, cleaning, stamping, and etching Labeling and color coding Assemble and wire electrical and electronic components according to specifications. Test and calibrate finished products to ensure quality and functionality. Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy, defects, and workmanship. Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures. Cross-train and support multiple production stations as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.

Required High school diploma or GED. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred At least one year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or electronic assembly experience.

Strong mechanical aptitude. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift. Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work involving small components. Ability to reach, bend, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds with assistance. Ability to perform close, detailed visual inspection work.

Clean manufacturing and production facility. Use of hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing equipment. Occasional exposure to adhesives, solvents, and related manufacturing materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required as appropriate.
