Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced marketing professional to support the strategy, development, and execution of member communications tied to expansion plan requirements and regulated program initiatives. This role will focus on creating and deploying high-quality marketing campaigns that help health plans meet contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and member engagement goals.
The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare marketing, regulatory communications, and campaign execution within a complex, cross-functional environment. This person will collaborate with partners across compliance, operations, creative, digital, analytics, and member experience to deliver compliant, member-centered communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of member marketing campaigns that support regulatory, contractual, and business requirements.
- Develop integrated communication strategies across print, digital, email, SMS, outbound calling, and other member touchpoints.
- Ensure all communications align with state, federal, contractual, and internal compliance standards.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement market-specific communication strategies.
- Coordinate creative updates, versioning, approvals, and deployment of member-facing materials.
- Manage campaign timelines and implementation activities to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Work closely with legal, regulatory, compliance, and operations partners to incorporate required messaging and reporting elements.
- Support process improvement efforts that enhance campaign execution, quality, and efficiency.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience developing and executing member marketing, engagement, or communications campaigns within healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations related to member or customer communications.
- Experience building and executing multi-channel communication strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Medicaid, managed care, or health plan marketing.
- Background supporting communications related to eligibility, enrollment, renewals, work requirements, or other government-sponsored healthcare programs.
- Knowledge of state-specific approval processes and regulatory requirements for member-facing materials.
- Experience developing omni-channel member journeys with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront.
- Campaigns are delivered on time, accurately, and in compliance with requirements.
- Communications are clear, member-centered, and aligned to business goals.
- Cross-functional teams are effectively coordinated throughout planning, approvals, and execution.
- Marketing initiatives contribute to stronger engagement and improved member experience.
