We're looking for a conceptual Art Director who believes powerful ideas come to life through smart design, sharp typography, and visual storytelling that connects. Someone who can turn strategy into distinctive creative, craft compelling campaign concepts, and bring a refined eye to every frame, post, and touchpoint. In this role, you ll help define and elevate how our brand shows up across integrated campaigns, with a particular focus on broadcast, video, and social.

You ll partner closely with writers, designers, strategists, stakeholders, and external agencies , staying hands-on from concept through execution while helping raise the overall level of creative craft. You ll have real influence on the ideas, the craft, and how our brand shows up in the world, without the expectations of direct people management. This is a role for a hands-on conceptual art director who wants to make meaningful work, strengthen creative partnerships, and help elevate the designers and agencies around them.

This position follows a hybrid schedule in Minnetonka, MN office with four in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities
