Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm. Weekly travel required.
Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

- Conduct resident assessments, develop holistic care plans, and provide nursing interventions to support the physical, emotional, and social well‑being of residents.
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, ensuring high performance through training, coaching, and regulatory adherence. Act as a stabilizing presence during leadership transitions.
- Oversee medication management, infection control, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices in assisted living and long‑term care.
- Assist in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation, while monitoring documentation for accurate billing and service levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, referral sources, and families to ensure a strong presence in the community and support resident recruitment and retention.

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- BLS certification required.
- Three to five years of leadership experience in healthcare; assisted living or long‑term care experience required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living and long‑term care regulations.
- Ability to respond to emergencies, assess residents’ needs, and implement care plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be able to travel between multiple Vivie communities weekly.
- Ability to pass state‑mandated background check.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors.
