Havenwood of Minnetonka is recruiting for a hospitality focused Nurse Manager, RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Resident Care Associates.
Schedule: Full-time, days

- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents as needed.
- Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
