Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a hospitality-focused Nurse Manager, RN to join our exceptional team! This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nursing leader who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and creating meaningful experiences for seniors.

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while leading, mentoring, and supervising our Resident Care Associates.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time, Days

- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), social engagement, and maintaining independence as needed.
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop, monitor, and reassess care plans.
- Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services regarding resident conditions, staffing, community needs, and nursing supplies.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies.
- Coordinate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Participate in resident care conferences as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new nursing team members.
- Support direct resident care, including bathing, feeding, toileting, answering call lights, transportation, and participation in activities when needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Current RN license in the State of Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two (2) years of Assisted Living experience preferred.
