Our client, a leader in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting global project management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

- What's the Job?

• Support integration activities by leading project management efforts and executing change management responsibilities.
• Prepare project plans and schedules, working with cross-functional teams across global sites.
• Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, and developing contingency plans.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status and resolve issues collaboratively.
• Apply Quality and Operations expertise to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 standards.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or ISO 9001 environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Strong technical writing skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily work routines effectively.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
