Job Overview
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, MN. Provide inspirational guest experiences in a vibrant store environment on a part‑time basis.
Core Responsibilities- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager.
- Use promotional materials and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as business requires.
- Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
- Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; vision abilities include close vision and depth perception; able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, with availability spanning at least three days.
