As a Weekend Senior Sales Associate at 2nd Swing, you’ll use your in-depth golf experience and equipment knowledge to help guests find the right clubs, understand our selection, and feel confident in their golf game. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience and is passionate about the game. You’ll engage with customers on the sales floor, provide informed recommendations, and create a welcoming, high-quality experience.
A background in golf, strong product knowledge, and ability to connect with players at every skill level will make you a trusted resource for our weekend customers. Weekend availability is required.
- Greeting and building rapport with guests
- Guiding customers through the equipment selection process
- Merchandising and keeping product organized
- General operational and inventory duties
- A love for and experience in the game of golf
- 3 years of sales experience
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings

: $22-$26 per hour, based on experience
