Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Retail Sales Associate n a base hourly rate of $16.50 with uncapped commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service for all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Assist customers with interpreting account statements, bill payments, and general service requests.
• Handle questions about current and new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store continuously.

Base pay: $16.50 per hour. Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $24.19 per hour. Commission potential above targeted earnings for over achievement.

High School Diploma or GED required. Certifications (if applicable) will be evaluated on a case basis.

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
