Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics; Ridgedale Center - Minnetonka, MN

Job Summary

Fabletics is looking for a Retail Full‑Time Sales Lead for our storefront at Ridgedale Center – Minnetonka, MN. The Sales Lead will lead sales, support operations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while coordinating with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates.

• Act as the face of Fabletics, engaging customers with product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Support the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to meet or exceed sales, performance, and customer‑service goals.
• Train and mentor associates on the Customer Experience Playbook, product features, fabric technology, and POS systems.
• Drive customer engagement through in‑store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory, safety and security standards and communicate needs to the Store Manager.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (10–30 lbs) and perform general duties such as stocking, replenishment, and visual displays.
• Track sales performance, set personal targets and continually improve the customer journey.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and national holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Proficiency with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly salary: $17.00 – $20.60 (based on experience).
