Overview
The Support Associate supports a customer‑ and product‑focused sales culture, aligning with core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. This role contributes to a standout work environment, promoting learning and growth.
Location:
3252 Ridgedale Center.
- Process merchandise—ticket, store, and reorganize for floor replenishment, maximize stock space.
- Properly merchandize new products and represent them promptly.
- Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices with items received; complete store‑to‑store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
- Process visual packet materials, props, signage; store stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
- Assist with visual directives: floorsets, window changes, signage placement.
- Support MAPS principles and standards through strong operational processes that reinforce an omni‑channel experience.
- Promote inclusive problem solving.
- Seek development opportunities and solicit feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior stock or cashier experience preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi‑task in fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable to company technology.
- Capacity to stand for majority of shift.
- Work quickly within strict timelines.
- Demonstrate teamwork.
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desirable.
- Communicate via headset with customers, associates, and management.
- Regular attendance essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
- Constant walking/standing—67–100% of 8‑hour shift.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs—1–33% of shift.
- Frequent climbing—34–66% of shift.
