Position: Prepared Foods Team Leader (Culinary & Deli Department Manager)
Whole Foods Market -  - Responsibilities:
Provides overall leadership to the Prepared Foods team and oversees daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance.;
Hires, develops, and manages Team Members; conducts performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.;
Ensures exceptional customer service and adheres to company SOPs; supports store programs and initiatives.;
Maintains product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control; collaborates with department leaders and vendors.;
Sets and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance.
