Part Time Floor Leader - Ridgedale Center

As a Floor Leader, you support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. You help create an exceptional customer experience, a motivated staff, and operational excellence that makes the store run smoothly.

• Driving Sales
  :
  Use the Store Force dashboard to coach and give feedback to the sales team, adjust the shop floor layout to meet and exceed sales goals, and take ownership of your segment’s contribution to overall sales.
• Customer Experience
  :
  Lead by example in delivering world‑class service, conduct product demonstrations, and strive to exceed daily sales goals while building a loyal customer base.
• Building the Brand
  :
  Educate customers on Lush brand values—Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging—and engage through community events and store parties.
• Product Passion
  :
  Continuously deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for every customer need.

• Development
  :
  Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and sales, provide feedback, and pursue growth opportunities.

  :
  Encourage open communication, actively listen to DEIB perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging among team members.

• Cash Handling & Store Opening/Closing
  :
  Manage transactions, open/close the register, reconcile cash drawers, prepare deposits, and secure the store at day’s end.
• Time & Attendance
  :
  Model punctuality, monitor employee breaks, and keep the team informed of daily updates and task lists.
• Visuals & Merchandising
  :
  Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock & Inventory
  :
  Train the team on inventory best practices and support management with inventory tasks; adjust displays based on real‑time sales data.
• Policies & Procedures
  :
  Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.

• Required:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem‑solving in day‑to‑day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred:
• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics retail.
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Pay
: $17.60 USD – $17.60 USD per hour.
