While no jewelry experience is required, your skill in selling products with distinct features and benefits will be invaluable. We will train you to demonstrate an in‑depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent our brand, and create an exceptional shopping experience for each customer and be part of their special moments in life.
Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products, actively driving sales by meeting the unique needs of each customer.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximize sales performance, share compelling product stories, and deliver an unparalleled experience for every guest.
- Work toward personal goals while contributing toward team goals and the overall success of the store.
- Train and mentor new team members, share your expertise, and give and receive feedback.
- At least 2 years of consultative, customer‑facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits.
- Availability during evenings and weekends.
- High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Base PaySalary range for this role is $26 to $31, applied to this specific role in this location only. Placement in the range is determined through interviews, a review of experience, knowledge, skills, balance with other team members, and alignment with geographic market data.
Beyond Base Pay- Team bonus 0–$150 each week per store team member.
- Individual sales performance bonus annually, ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 based on performance.
