  • Represents the company for the sale of Turf and CCE products to customers in the Grafton sales area
  • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
  • Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
  • Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
  • Knows and follows a defined sales process
  • Maintains company vehicles and equipment as needed
  • Conducts equipment field demonstrations as needed
  • Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
  • May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes
  • Maintain a safe working environment and always adheres to company safety program/policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Specializes in Riding Lawn Equipment, Small Tractors, and Compact Construction Equipment. Product mix examples:
    Lawn Tractors, Zero Turn Mowers, Compact Utility Tractors, Utility Tractors, Skid Steer Loaders, Mini Excavators, Compact Articulated Loaders
You’ll Focus On

  • Represents the company for the sale of Turf and CCE products to customers in the Grafton sales area

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred
  • John Deere Equipment knowledge preferred
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications and other organization specific programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Good attitude and drive to succeed required
  • Candidates must have a valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
  • Reports directly to:
    Regional Sales Manager
