- Represents the company for the sale of Turf and CCE products to customers in the Grafton sales area
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
- Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
- Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
- Knows and follows a defined sales process
- Maintains company vehicles and equipment as needed
- Conducts equipment field demonstrations as needed
- Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
- May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes
- Maintain a safe working environment and always adheres to company safety program/policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Specializes in Riding Lawn Equipment, Small Tractors, and Compact Construction Equipment. Product mix examples:
Lawn Tractors, Zero Turn Mowers, Compact Utility Tractors, Utility Tractors, Skid Steer Loaders, Mini Excavators, Compact Articulated Loaders

What We Are Looking For
- Sales experience preferred
- John Deere Equipment knowledge preferred
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications and other organization specific programs
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Good attitude and drive to succeed required
- Candidates must have a valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Regional Sales Manager

- $60,000 plus commission company phone, ipad, and computer.
