- Conduct inbound telesales of services to small and medium business customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective follow-up and sales generation
- Provide optimal solutions for customers by utilizing knowledge of products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing the employer professionally
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
- Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management
- Ability to manage longer sales cycles and demonstrate high levels of organization
- Experience in mobile sales or with fiber and advanced voice technologies
- Proven track record of high close ratios and revenue generation
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in telecommunications
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and provide constructive feedback on new products
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills
