The OpportunityAIS is seeking a disciplined, high-performing
B2B Sales Executive
for our Print & Software division.
This is a
hunter-first role
focused on new business development. While relationship management is part of the position, success is driven by consistent prospecting, executive-level conversations, and closing new revenue.
We are looking for a professional who takes ownership of their territory and builds long-term client partnerships from the ground up.
If you build pipeline proactively, run disciplined outreach campaigns, and close business consistently, this role is structured to reward that.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Generating new B2B opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referral development
- Conducting consultative discovery meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Identifying workflow and operational challenges and presenting tailored solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
- Maintaining a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting
- Building lasting client relationships based on trust and performance
This role requires structure, resilience, and professional confidence
What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in new business development
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities independently
- Accountable, competitive, and results-oriented
- Motivated by performance-based earnings
- Prior technology or print experience is a plus, but not required
- Competitive base salary aligned to experience
