Responsibilities
Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales with strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services. Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
$16.00 to $21.00 per hour base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers could earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, leading to a total annual earnings potential of $65,000–$75,500+. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)

- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods (summer, late November–December)

Experience in a commission‑based environment, sales communication, or customer service
This is a work‑site‑based position at a defined location. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
